As an Office Administrator at Steri-Clean Orlando, Tampa & Miami, FL , you will spend your time supporting senior office staff and attending to client inquiries. This is a role focused on maintaining positive client relationships through clear communication. This is not a work from home position.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills who can navigate sensitive industries with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and representing the Steri-Clean brand with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Office support operations; including phone calls, filing, and maintaining an up-to-date CRM platform
- Following up on new and existing client inquiries
- Manage inbound calls to explain services, answer questions, and schedule appointments
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into active accounts
